Croquembouche

A traditional French wedding cake
Custard filled profiteroles are dipped in caramel sugar and assembled in a tower shape.

Decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries or hand made roses and ribbon.

The Crockembouche are made on a metal cone for support
to ensure no collapses occur due to heat and humidity.
 
Minimum order of 50 serves, 2 profiteroles per serve.
Caramel Crockembouche available May - end September
White and Dark Choc Crockembouche all year
$50 deposit required for metal cone, refundable on return.
